Question: To what do you attribute Carr’s struggles on the field this year that ultimately was his undoing in LV? Was it something about Josh’s system that just wasn’t a good fit, or is there more to it than that? Reports are Carr is very smart and has excelled in every system he’s had to learn so far, so it’s hard to believe he couldn’t grasp this one. Was it all the relational/emotional factors you described that ultimately affected his play on the field?
